Yoga is for everybody who wants to live a healthier, happier life. True health connects the mind, body and spirit. Yoga integrates all three aspects to attain better health and maintain happiness, by combining the physical, mental and spiritual connection. One cannot be separated from the others if you wish to achieve balance in your life.

Our yoga classes are led by competent and professional teachers. The benefits of Yoga include increased energy, strength, flexibility, improved concentration and reduced stress.

We offer a variety of classes including Alignment-based Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.
