Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep Stretch Yoga class begins with simple movements to warm up the joints, followed by more vigorous movements in sun salutations and standing poses to build heat. The unique non-impact movements of yoga strengthen all muscle groups. The deep stretches during the last half of class safely sculpt and re-shape the muscles. The deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, taper and elongate muscle tissue and foster a quiet, meditative state.
