Class Fees

Classes are only $12 or you can buy an 8 class card for $80. Eight class cards can be used for any class and are good for 90 days.
Kids classes are $10 or you can buy an 8 class kids card for $64.
Workshops and other special events vary by event see upcoming events for details.

Student Information

Please be on time! Come a few minutes early to unwind before class.Wear loose stretchy comfortable clothes be prepared to practice barefoot. Mats are available although owning your own is strongly recommended. Do not eat a large meal within 2 hours of class start. If you have any serious medical conditions let the instructor know before class. Remember BREATHE, smile and have fun!
