Prana Vinyasa

Prana Vinyasa is a flow class that integrates movement with breath to awaken energy. This class includes energetic asanas (poses), pranayama (breath) and meditation to deepen the students' practice of yoga. Prana vinyasa begins with warming and preparing the body which builds and intelligently unfolds to a peak. The class finishes with balancing poses to cool the body and the final relaxation allows integration of the effects into the body.
