Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to soothe the body, mind and soul. The class is designed to alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy and prepare you for labor. Our studio provides a calm, compassionate, and caring community in which to nourish yourself and your baby and to connect with other moms-to-be.
