Michele received her certification in 2009 and 2013. She teaches Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Michele teaches yoga with an emphasis on movement with the breath and weaves alignment principles into her classes for the safety of her students and to build a strong foundation in their practice. She provides adjustments and modifications of postures to meet the appropriate level and needs of each student to ensure a complete mind/body experience. Michele integrates music throughout her sequences to motivate and inspire her students.
