Yoga Wall

Yoga Wall class will increase core strength, stamina, alignment and flexibility. It will lengthen your spine and open your joints using gravity and traction. The Yoga Wall is used as a prop to deepen asana using techniques based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar. Please check availability of space before attending class.

Wake Forest Yoga features a Professional Quality Yoga Wall® System - The Great Yoga Wall. Uses an Iyengar-based system of adjustable straps and harnesses. Increases core strength,stamina, alignment and flexibility. Addresses special needs such as joint or muscle injuries, scoliosis and other structural issues.
